WHAT GOD SAID AND WHAT GOD IS SAYING

Key Verse:

“When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousness shall not be remembered, but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.”

—Ezekiel 33:13 KJV

It might be that you have been referred to as a righteous person by the LORD in times past but the question is, what is your present situation in HIM?

Are you still on the right path and living an upright life? Or you have joined those who have this notion that “Once saved, forever saved”.

Beloved, it is high time we nipped complacency in the bud as it is leading so many souls to destruction.

A character in a Christian movie indicated that there is a vast difference between what GOD said and what GOD is saying.

If the same GOD who chose Saul to be king over the Israelites later rejected him as king, why then do we think our case will be different?

If Moses, who was a meek man, was not allowed to go to the promised land as a result of his disobedience to GOD, what makes us think that GOD will change HIS verdict for us?

HE is the same GOD of yesterday, today and forever.  HE changeth not.

May the LORD help us all.

Quote: “And JESUS said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of GOD.” - Luke 9:62 KJV
